We are looking for an amazing Business Development Manager with strong relationship building skills who wants to make our company the leader in our industry.

We have an excellent company culture and we are looking for someone who will fit in with our fun, existing team so must have a sense of humour and a can-do attitude.

For success you will need:

• An ability to communicate well with all different types of people, and able to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• To be self-motivated with proven time management skills and the ability to work autonomously as the role has a large mobile aspect to it.
• To have proven sales skills and track record of growing a customer database, and be comfortable relating to both B2B and the public direct.
• To have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Although some leads are provided, you will also need actively seeking out new clients both individuals and groups,organise and understand their business and ours,be a quick learner and have a good understanding of the sales process,more suited to an intermediate or senior BDM.

This role may ideally suit sales consultant from the travel/insurance/banking/real estate industries, or any other industry where relational building skills are paramount. May also suit someone with this past experience returning to the workforce.
