The success you achieve in the role will be directly related to your ability to build effective business relationship, network and close your own sales. You will need to be self-motivated and persistent in your pursuit to be successful. You will have exceptional questioning, listening and presentation skills which enable you to hone in on your customers' needs and provide some great solutions.

Help customer means educating the employees within the Workplace schemes in your portfolio and transferring them into AMP Kiwisaver and AMP Superannuation schemes. By doing this you are helping these individual maximise the benefits that are on offer through their workplace. You will need to be comfortable presenting to both individuals and groups of people to be truly effective in this role.
As a high performing sales person, the role comes equipped with a company vehicle and tools of the trade such as laptop, iPad and phone. We have an Operations Administration team working alongside you, so that you can focus on networking and cross sell opportunities such as home, content, car and life insurance from within your portfolio of clients.
