About homes:
Homes.co.nz is New Zealand's first free Property Insights Portal. We provide free information for over 1.8 million New Zealand homes attracting over 450,000 unique users per month equating to 1 Million plus sessions.
With a new round of investment aimed for growth we are expanding the sales team by 1/2 to keep up with a large nationwide TVC and online marketing campaign starting in July
Purpose:
As a company that has seen massive growth in the last year across all our products, we are looking for self-motivated professionals who see the vision of homes.co.nz.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Contact Real Estate Agents, Agency Owners, Property Managers and others from our database
Position the Homes subscription offerings and pricing against the value of the targeted traffic we generate
Maintain and self-manage sales pipelines
Education and Experience
Demonstrate indepth knowledge of sales and online marketing principles
Relevant work experience (minimum 3+ years) in online sales
Experience with sales of fast paced website subscriptions or online advertising with the likes of Google or Facebook.
Computer literate and experience with CRM's
Key Competencies
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Team player - we are a team of 30+ professionals currently with the bonus of both a Pool table and Table Tennis Table
Hungry to earn unlimited income through achieving targets and bonuses to make your OTE as a minimum

OTE $100-150K +Located in the Homes H/O in Petone with ocean views and free car parks
