This well-established and growing company is a specialist business which provides top-notch cleaning products and services to businesses and residential homes through various franchises around New Zealand. They pride themselves on delivering consistent, high-quality and reliable cleaning services to their clients. An undoubted market leader, our client is renowned for using only cleaning products that are environmentally friendly.

An opportunity has arisen for someone with a flair for business development and sales. The company is going through an exciting growth phase and requires an ambitious and results driven person to grow and look after the company’s franchises and sales across the country.

Reporting to the New Zealand General Manager, the National Franchise & Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing the franchise agency and identify sales opportunities across the NZ market. The key deliverables will be generating and targeting potential franchisees in-line with the regional strategies, generate and target both franchisee prospects and sales leads, convert prospects and leads into contracted sales and foster and establish relationships with franchises and clients to cement a long-term association with the expectation of generating cross and up-sell opportunities.

This is a national role based in Auckland, which will require a fair amount of travel across the country.

The successful candidate will likely be an established sales leader ideally with connections in the following sectors:

  • Hospitality
  • Healthcare, Aged Care & Early Learning
  • Building Service Contractors
  • Retail Chains & Centres

This person will be results driven with a keen eye for business acquisition and retention by providing thorough follow-through and have exceptional customer service and presentation skills. Ideally, have a good network of contacts but most importantly have the right attitude and be ambitious.
