Wiri Timber is GROWING!!!! We are a well established company, specialising in the manufacture of wall frames and roof trusses along with the supply of building materials to builders, developers and DIY customers.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly passionate, strong and driven sales star.
The role is based in Manukau City and involves:
Being part of an experienced team of trade sales & account support staff;
Supporting on-road sales reps with quotes, orders and enquiries;
Serving builders and DIY customers in our trade store;
Ordering materials from suppliers for builders, the retail showroom or on-site requirements
Looking after stock, merchandising the showroom and supporting and working along side our mobile sales representatives.
Ideally you will have confidence in your ability to help: Convert incoming enquires into sales;
Assertively liaise with suppliers;
Assist in stock management and successfully co-ordinate sales from quoting through to delivery.
In order to be considered for this role you MUST posses the following:
Excellent work ethic;
Common sense;
Have a stable work history;
Be a team player;
Have a full driver's license;
an excellent grasp of the English language and a polished professional appearance.
Experience in selling timber and hardware as well as being fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous.
Hours are:
M-F 7.30AM-5.00PM
Sat: 7.30AM-12.00PM (Rostered)
