Experienced Relocations Manager Wanted
Crown Relocations is one of the world’s largest relocation companies, providing a complete range of relocation services to the domestic, regional and corporate markets.
An excellent opportunity has become available for an ambitious, self-motivated and experienced manager to lead our National Customer Service Centre, located on the North Shore. This is a role that requires a passion for excellent customer service and is responsible for moving thousands of customers around New Zealand and overseas.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to lead, develop and manage a busy and energetic team
- An experienced manager with relevant removals or logistics experience
- Focused on the delivery of superior service
- Motivated by challenge and highly resilient
- Customer focused – pro-active and relational
- Commercially astute, understands sales and costing methodology.
- Able to work with detailed procedures and protocols
- Lead and motivate a small team.
