As part of this Mitre 10 MEGA Albany is one of the largest Mitre 10 stores in the country and is currently undergoing further expansion and redevelopment.  To enable an exceptional shopping experience across such a large store we want to ensure that our customers are welcomed and assisted from the moment they walk in.  This is where you come in!

We are looking for a customer focused, bubbly and confident person to be the face of our Store. As our Store Greeter you will be the first and last team member our customers see as they enter and leave the premises, ensuring that they receive service excellence in the shopping experience from start to finish.

You will be:

• Confident approaching and engaging with customers
• Able to relate to a diverse range of people and have the ability to strike up a conversation
• Enjoy helping people, customers will look to you first to direct them on where to find what they are looking for
• Able to stand for long periods
• Have a good memory for finding things and spatial awareness to be able to direct customers throughout the store.
• Able to work one weekend day - we are open to considering applications from those interested in full or part time however at least one weekend day is essential as weekends are our busiest days of the week.
