Honda New Zealand has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated call centre specialist to join the Hondacare Centre in Newmarket.
Hondacare is focused on building long term relationships with Honda customers and supporting the dealer network by booking vehicle services and test drive appointments.
About the Role
The role is varied and is key to supporting Honda’s marketing initiatives and assisting in the sales effort nationally. A key requirement is proactive outbound calling to an existing customer base. Some Inbound customer service and administration is also required.
You will be working with a team of enthusiastic professionals and will be provided with the tools to succeed, including Honda’s CRM system from which to manage your customer base and ongoing training to hone your skills.
Who we need
You’ll have exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales & customer service. An ability to build relationships with our customers and to keep them engaged in our brand will be key. Essential to the role is professionalism, a strong drive to achieve results and meet targets and the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
You’ll also have strong computer and time management skills.
