Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and have prior experience managing a team of service technicians/ engineers? Are you currently residing in the Hamilton area or looking for a move? Are you enthusiastic, financially savvy and switched on?

Our client is currently looking for an experienced manager to join their branch in Hamilton. You will be the Branch Manager running a team of 25 with 3 direct reports. Your role will be to plan, organise and control all activities of the Branch ensuring that all agreed objectives are achieved. You will be working with the branch service engineers to grow the business, maintain service to existing customers and operating a customer centric approach, while being accountable for strategic and financial responsibilities.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a branch manager/ service manager/ operations manager position
- 10 year's experience in the service industry
- Fire Industry experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent level of customer service focus
- Experience managing and running a team of service technicians/ sales technicians/ engineers
- Financially and strategic capabilities
- Self-direct, driven and leads by example
- Achieve budgeted sales and operating profits
- Have exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Someone who understands the importance of training and growing the skill base of the team
- Proactive in your approach to Health & Safety and teaching staff the importance of it on / off site
