Sales Coordinator– Airport Oaks, Auckland

The Company:
This family-owned and operated business was started in 1997 and are currently experiencing significant growth. They design, supply and install material handling and safety products to warehouses across the country. Their customers come from a variety of industries including warehousing and logistics, freight stations, pharmaceutical, fruit/vegetable growers, manufacturing, airport and aircraft. They are now after a Sales Coordinator to take their customers experience to the next level.

The role: 
The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for customer interaction, securing orders, administration and providing an excellent before sales service to our customers.

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales coordinator/support role.
• Exposure to product range an advantage.
• Ability to form effective relationships with customers, employees/contractors and suppliers.
• An articulate communicator in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage workflow and operate in an organised fashion.
• Ability to understand and adapt to customer needs.
• IT savvy.
