To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Key Account Executive for Impulse and New Business. This role would see you develop and grow the Bluebird business in Distributors, Licensed and Entertainment channel, with a focus on delivering sustainable and profitable channel and category growth in existing accounts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery of Net Sales Value and Gross Margin/Variable as well as contribution targets for the specified channels/accounts
  • Working with a diverse range of internal key stakeholders, including influencing and motivating
  • Identifying white space sales opportunities in Traditional Trade
  • Winning and setting up new customers and channels to drive incremental sustainable growth
  • Identifying sustainable growth opportunities in existing channels and developing plans to maximise these opportunities
  • Identifying new business and developing plans to drive profitable sales growth within these channels
  • Managing pricing, forecasting, sales and promotional plans to deliver profit targets including management of trade spend budget
  • Building profitable and strong relationships with key accounts
  • Working with the Field Team to ensure account plans are executed in outlets to expected gold standard levels
  • Demonstrating and exercising a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people

You will need to have:

  • Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
  • A good understanding of FMCG and/or convenience channels
  • 5 years minimum sales experience, preferably within FMCG or convenience environment
  • Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and implement action in the short term
  • The capability to have a natural selling conversation with the customers that results in them taking action
  • Effective skills to prioritise workload and manage time to meet business requirements
