Our Internal sales team are the driving force behind large growth opportunities in the SME market. We reach out to our customers each month, building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. When you join our team, you will be provided with regular training on our huge range of products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining close contact with customers and potential customers to ensure our products and services continue to meet the customers’ needs
- Executing Customer Management Plans and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline within your customer base
- Maintaining customer records via CRM and producing sales reports as required
You
- Have a successful sales track record within an outbound B2B environment
- Are excited about growing your customers and understand value of price and margin in building a profitable business
- Have a high level of self-motivation, you work well autonomously and are comfortable managing call cycles
- Possess commercial acumen together with the ability to quickly pick up the industrial trades market
