We are looking for an enthusiastic & professional team player. KMD Kitchens has a great team with a wonderful culture and regular social activities. As we Design, Manufacture & Install joinery, we have a wealth of experience & knowledge in the Kitchen industry, so are able to support new team members. We have an up to showroom with all the latest trends displaying modern technology and features to ensure you have all the tools required to assist and advise your clients.

The Role:

• This role is client focused.
• Determining their requirements, producing designs and quotes to meet these requirements and assisting them in making decisions relating to their household joinery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to ascertain the detail of their project including functional aspects, visual look, investment & delivery requirements
• Create a plan in our drawing software Cab Master, according to the Client's requirements & prepare a quote
• Present prepared design and quote
• On acceptance, complete all details required for joinery manufacture, including but not limited to appliances, sinks, handles, joinery color, bench top details etc
• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure our clients receive excellence in both service & the end product.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong & Proven Sales Background
• Excellent Customer Service and experience working with clients
• Experience in Kitchen Design
• Knowledge of drawing software Cab Master would be advantageous although training would be provided.
• Ability to work to deadlines, have a strong attention to detail and work well under pressure.

Mandrian Speaking would be an advantage.
