About this Position
Based in either Auckland or Christchurch and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager we seek an experienced Account Manager who is energetic, dependable and career driven to join our team. The key objective of the role will be to grow the size of existing customers and expand the penetration of the Pryda offer through new products, systems and conversion of new prospects.
Responsibilities
In Conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for developing strategies and ensuring long-term growth by:
- Continual, measurable improvement in the customer experience
- Development and delivery of specific strategies that defend and expand Pryda’s market share
- Act as the voice of the customer to seek answers and resolutions
Selection Criteria
- Proven account management experience in a like industry.
- Ability to Identify and pursue business opportunities and assist with strategic direction
- Proven ability to maintain focus, drive simplicity and hold others accountable.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, exceptional communication, inter-personal skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships and working relationships, managing key account sales growth and profitability in line with the business objectives.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Strong consultative and collaborative approach.
- Self-motivated, energetic and can work both autonomously and as part of the team.
- Ability to travel and spend time away from home.
