Human Connections Group has partnered exclusively with Spark Business Hub based in East Tamaki, Auckland for the appointment of a Key Client Manager.

The Company:

Spark Business Hub Tamaki are looking for a talented sales professional with a relentless passion to succeed, to join our local team of stars.

The Job:

This account management role is responsible for delivering new customer acquisition and existing customer retention in a manner that ensures that Hub Tamaki grows its existing and new customer base.  This will involve a high level of business partnering with new and existing customers and building long term relationships. 

To succeed in this role, you must have drive and motivation to offer great solutions while driving exceptional sales and service delivery together with experience in managing a high value commercial portfolio.

You will need a strong ability to develop and strengthen relationships with the customers within your portfolio and a sales driven attitude in order to realize your full earning potential.   A focus on daily sales activity, building your sales pipeline, effective closing of sales and a focus on customer service and follow up is required.

Primary Objectives:

·            To provide positive and constructive sales engagement with new and existing customers and other members of your team.

·            To meet and exceed your daily customer contact targets.

·            To retain and grow your mobile and wired customer base.

·            To optimise your usage of the CRM system to target business development activities that effectively grow and achieve agreed branch retention and sales targets.

·            To develop and maintain positive and pro-active business relationships with appropriate Spark staff.

Person Requirements:

·            Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed challenging sales targets and KPI's.

·            Extensive previous sales experience within the ICT industry.

·            Experience in Account Management and Business Development.

·            Previous experience in managing a high value commercial portfolio.

·            Proven experienced outbound B2B sales.

·            Full driving licence

·            NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit
