The Role
Manage incoming sales inquiries from customers and convert these into confirmed sales. Generate leads by calling customers to convert quotes into sales.
- Establish rapport with customers to identify their needs, and interpret this information in order to close sales, resolve queries and/or provide relevant information.
- Promote and deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise between customers, company departments and external suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of service standards.
- Measure and monitor progress towards goals set for personal and group accomplishments.
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, + 5.5hours every second Saturday.
Skills and Experience
- Build rapport with customers from all backgrounds
- Quickly pick things up and work with different systems
- Previous sales experience working with KPIs and targets and/OR call centre experience
- NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ideally a clear NZ credit and criminal check
