The Role

The role of a Business Development Executive at Robert Half revolves around candidate acquisition, business development, commercial customer service and generating revenue whilst engaging clients, candidates and internal colleagues.

Working in a fast paced and vibrant environment, you will deal with a portfolio of existing and developed clients as well as proactively identifying new potential business opportunities. Working with both businesses that are looking to hire, and candidates that are looking for the next step in their career you will constantly be engaging with people at all levels in the Finance or IT world.

Full training and support will be provided to ensure that you are successful in this pivotal role to our team. Your Profile

The key characteristics to be successful in this role include having a positive mental attitude, an ability to interact and engage with different stakeholders, constant drive and tenacity and commercial acumen. You will need to be task and goal orientated and thrive on overachieving in a target-driven environment. An ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement both personally and professionally is essential.

Ideally you will have a commerce or IT related degree to understand the drivers behind how businesses thrive or else experience in a sales environment where you have a proven track record of high achievement relative to targets.
