In the quest to halt one of our most serious environmental problems Goodnature develops and manufactures automatic traps that humanely kill pest animals and then reset themselves. This advanced technology can now be used to keep pests out of the home, or garden, protect infrastructure, as well as under-pressure ecosystems in New Zealand and around the globe.
  
A bit about the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all offshore distributors.  As ‘the face’ of the business abroad you will be a relationship builder and driver, a strong listener and adviser to customers.   Your enthusiasm and knowledge will grow existing customer relationships whilst your ability to think strategically will see you identify and grow new business opportunities.  
You will:
  • account manage, providing support and training of our offshore distributors.
  • drive sustainable growth of our product in overseas markets.
  • provide strategic thinking about how best we can support our customers.
  • produce clear and consistent sales forecasting.
  • identify possible business partners and collate and report back on these opportunities.
  • strive for continuous improvement in all that you do .
  • travel internationally, to work with distributors and build new distribution channels.
With a naturally outgoing and approachable personality you will love to interact and engage with customers, enjoy sharing information, training suppliers and spreading the good word about Goodnature. 
  
You will bring:
  • Previous Sales/ Account management experience and demonstrated relationship building experience, ideally in a B2B sales role.
  • A high level of organisation, be dependable and deliver exceptional quality in a timely manner.
  • Experience providing technical support for a product.
  • Proven abilities in training sales teams or distribution partners.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own time to ensure maximum output.
  • An action focused and deliberate approach.
  • A naturally approachable and relatable personality.
