The Pitch                                     
At Coca-Cola Amatil NZ, we're a passionate bunch of people who are committed to building long term partnerships with our customers and to finding new ways to do things better. As a Territory Sales Manager Relief in our Otago & South Canterbury On the Go team, you'll be the face of CCANZ, covering a number of territories across the South Island area and providing exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be out on the road for the majority of each day, visiting customers on an allocated call cycle and driving growth within each store. The Role
The team is hardworking, incredibly competitive, and hungry to not only achieve results, but to smash them! You'll be responsible for key sales metrics including driving volume and ranging, ensuring the outlets are executed to a high level, as well as seeking new opportunities for growth – in essence, working in partnership with our customers to grow their business and ours. 

Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will make you successful in this role Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand our customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCANZ and for our customers alike.

As this role is covering territories across the South Island. you will need to be able to travel when required within the region.


What Do I Need?
Energy, motivation, and a drive to succeed! We’re looking for someone who has the ability to adapt to the demands and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who loves to seek new opportunities, and has the skills to turn them in to results. This is  a busy role, and we'll expect you to fit a lot in to your day - so, you'll need to be well planned and efficient in your approach to your work, and be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.


Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a large number of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their individual needs. You don't need FMCG experience (but it's a big bonus if you do have it!), but you do need proven sales and customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success.


Finally, given you’ll be covering a vast range of customers across different areas, you’ll need to have an ability to work autonomously and have a high level of initiative - all while striving to work towards your teams’ result.
