A successful adviser will earn a minimum of $70,000 in their first year (a top adviser will earn $100,000 plus) - this will increase significantly as an adviser gains experience. Within 12 months an adviser should be earning in excess of $100,000 p.a. (top advisers will earn $130,000+ and there is no limit)
The ideal candidate will:
- Be self-motivated and organised
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be target driven
- Love people and building relationships
- Previous face to face client experience is a bonus
- Be hungry to earn and prepared to work hard in order to do so
- Industry experience is definitely not essential
Financial advisers are provided all the upfront and ongoing training required to ensure they achieve their own goals and stay well ahead of industry standards. Our ongoing operational support ensures advisers are always focused on the most important part of their role – the client.
You will receive:
