Your new role:

We are looking for a top performing Sales Manager to join our Taranaki team. This high profile role will see you lead, motivate and coach a talented team of sales consultants. You will be driving a high performance culture and ensure that all consultants have the skills, tools and resources to be the best at what they do.

You will work very closely with the sales team, understand their strengths and development opportunities and coach them accordingly. This is a hands on in the field role.

What you'll need to succeed:

You'll be a natural leader with the charisma and sales track record to inspire others to perform. You will be leading by example in everything you do and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and attend meetings with your sales consultants to assist them in the closing process.

An intimate knowledge of the residential property sector will be essential for this role, together with a sound track record in leading sales teams. Impeccable presentation and communication skills are imperative as you will be an ambassador for the brand, both internally and externally.
