The Drug Detection Agency (TDDA) is a complete, end-to-end solution provider for all workplace drug and alcohol policy, education and testing needs. Based on reception, your role within this multi-branch Penrose based business will be integral and varied. If you love dealing with customers, can multi-task and take a solution-focused approach to any task at hand, you could be just who we are looking for!
Your Key Responsibilities –
- First responder to incoming telephone calls
- Greeting clients that come to the branch for testing
- Create booking forms and load into the system
- Manging the courier despatches throughout the day
- Ordering and management of consumables
- Taking delivery of any incoming goods
- Maintaining accurate records working mostly in spreadsheets & email
- General admin duties and some invoicing tasks as required
- Compiling basic progress reporting to Operations Manager
- Providing admin support to the wider team as required
Essential Skills –
- A warm welcoming manner
- Polished presentation and outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and genuine enjoyment working in a busy hub
- Proficient with MS Office, Xero and computer literate
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
- A positive can-do attitude and genuine willingness to help
- Team player
