The Drug Detection Agency (TDDA) is a complete, end-to-end solution provider for all workplace drug and alcohol policy, education and testing needs. IANZ accredited, and with offices across both New Zealand and Australia, we are proud of our key role in achieving safer workplaces for our high-profile clients.

Based on reception, your role within this multi-branch Penrose based business will be integral and varied. If you love dealing with customers, can multi-task and take a solution-focused approach to any task at hand, you could be just who we are looking for!

Your Key Responsibilities –

  • First responder to incoming telephone calls
  • Greeting clients that come to the branch for testing
  • Create booking forms and load into the system
  • Manging the courier despatches throughout the day
  • Ordering and management of consumables
  • Taking delivery of any incoming goods
  • Maintaining accurate records working mostly in spreadsheets & email
  • General admin duties and some invoicing tasks as required
  • Compiling basic progress reporting to Operations Manager
  • Providing admin support to the wider team as required

 
Essential Skills –

  • A warm welcoming manner
  • Polished presentation and outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to multi task
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic and genuine enjoyment working in a busy hub
  • Proficient with MS Office, Xero and computer literate
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
  • A positive can-do attitude and genuine willingness to help
  • Team player
