With regular contact, you will build great customer relationships, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own customer portfolio, maximising opportunities and provide solutions and guidance to assist customers across the portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Phone engagement managing and growing client accounts within your portfolio as well as building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Processing customer orders and tracking production
  • Taking customer phone calls and handling them in a professional manner
  • Hitting your daily sales / proactivity based KPIs
