Outward Bound’s Anakiwa home base is located in the stunning Marlborough sounds.  It's where many New Zealanders of all ages and abilities arrive each year to challenge themselves and seriously push their comfort zones.  Their aim is to create better people, communities and in turn a better world through experiential learning surrounded by New Zealand’s beautiful bush, mountains and waterways.
  
The Role
Outward Bound are embarking on a journey of growth and this role will play an integral part in that success.  With a diverse range of course offerings now available from Women in Leadership, to Mindfulness, to their traditional 21 day course, Outward Bound is on the hunt for an exceptional Business Development Manager to continue to work within the corporate sector and build the client base to the next level. 
  
In this role you will work closely with the Sales Manager and CE to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will use your superior relationship skills to educate New Zealand businesses on the importance of team development and learning outside of the classroom.  Working in close collaboration with a team of talented and experienced facilitators, you will help tailor the Outward Bound offering to ensure your clients receive unforgettable and life changing experiences. You'll also have the incredible opportunity to host your clients on site too!
