The company has a rare opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join them. There is travel required as part of this customer facing role.
The focus of your role is customer facing, working with key stakeholders and assisting them to maximise services that the company offers. You will lead customer workshops, produce creative and innovative resources that support your services to the customer. This role also involves collating critical customer insights, analysing these and presenting findings and recommendations. This is a role that will see you developing and maintaining key executive relationships with customers and gaining new opportunities for further business development.
To be successful in this role, you will be used to working in a professional environment, engaging with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a well-presented and a highly effective communicator, your experience working with key senior decision makers at C-suite level will be evident upon meeting you. Your excellent organisation skills will come from managing a variety of competing demands and being able to actively explore untapped opportunities at a customer level. Ideally tertiary qualified, you are a lover of modern digital technology platforms and embrace MS office tools seamlessly with a great eye for detail.
