The Company:

The Role:

The team is transitioning into 27/7 operation and these are newly established roles. 

"Every shift is different and there are always new things which one can learn in the job" is the feedback we had when sitting and learning about the role.  While the day shift is predominantly taking inbound calls and some email enquiries, the after hours team will have less phone calls and be mainly responding to emails. 

The type of enquiries can range from logging faults, following up on timelines, liaising with contractors, general administration and much more in this varied role. 

The set shifts available are:

  • 4pm - midnight (40 hours per week)
  • Midnight - 8am (40 hours per week)

 

We are looking for:

  • Genuine motivation for working after hours on a permanent basis.  This role will not be suitable for someone already in full time employment.
  • Experience in customer services, with preference given to office based experience
  • Critical thinking skills - experience in roles where you have had to work autonomously to problem solve and trouble shoot.  This will be highlighted on your resume
  • Strong written skills - which we will assess through your application for this role
  • Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand
