About the Client: 

Our client is well established within New Zealand - everyday thousands of New Zealander's are using their financial services!  They have a strong presence in New Zealand with a 13,000 strong network of well known retailers. 

 

About the Job: 

As first point of contact for existing customers, you'll be assisting them with enquiries ranging from, what is my balance, change of address through to change of bank account details. 

You'll be the type of person who prides themselves on delivering excellent service, gained through prior experience in an office/phone based role.

You'll need to be available to work across 7 day roster, which you will only work approximately 2 weekend days per calendar month (and have rosters that come out three weeks in advance to help you plan your professional and personal life). 

Working 40 hours per week, your rosters will sit between their operating hours of 8.30am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday for the first six months, extending to 11pm on a rotating roster in the future. 

 

Who we are looking for: 

  • Experience within office/phone based environment (essential)
  • Clear credit and criminal record 
  • Availability to work a rotating roster across 7 days 
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal (which will be assessed through your application)
