  • Greenlane/Ellerslie Location - short walk from train station
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm (40 hours per week)
  • Great benefits + 5 additional leave days (i.e. 5 weeks leave per annum!)

The Role - Pure Customer Service - no sales! 

Love talking to customers?  You'll be speaking to new people every day and assisting them with their queries.  These are existing customers so there is no up-selling or cross-selling involved. 

With the passion and resilience that go hand in hand in a customer service role, you'll be assisting customers with: 

  • Enquiries regarding their account and balance 
  • Educating customers on how to manage usage via the smartphone app 
  • Providing basic account information 
  • Assisting with connections

We are looking for:

  • Available to Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday rostered off).  The hours would be Sun 8.30am - 5pm and Mon - Thu 8am - 8pm (rostered)
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand on a permanent basis with no restrictions 

  • Evidence of working in a customer service role where you have been interacting and problem solving (vs order taking)
  • Comfortable in working with computers using multiple screens while talking to customers
