Are you an energetic team manager who wants to build a career in sales? Build a successful sales team whilst enabling your own potential as a manager.
The company will provide a proven platform, support and all the necessary tools to do a brilliant job, as Residential Charity Sales Manager you will be responsible for training, coaching and motivating a team of dedicated sales agents whilst they strive for results for the company across New Zealand regions. Working out of Christchurch or Wellington (two roles available) The ideal candidate will have:
- Team management experience
- A charismatic personality
- Experience within a direct sales environment including face to face sales
- Exposure to a results driven environment
As you will be looking after a region, there will be some travel involved which will all be organised by our client.
