Mills Display is a leading supplier of point of sale and material handling products to some of New Zealand’s largest supermarkets, retail chains and hospitality groups. From in-store display solutions to top quality food presentation, we supply a range of innovative products to a diverse range of customers.

 

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, which is where you come in. Supporting our passionate sales team, your role will cover a range of responsibilities across both sales and customer support. No two days will be the same as you as you build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs and help them to find solutions.

 

Key responsibilities of the role:

-      Maintain and build customer relationships

-      Identify sales opportunities and help maintain our customer database

-      Provide sales support to the sales team

-     Take care of incoming phone calls/inbound sales

-     Take care of showroom sales & cash sale customers

-      Prepare customer quotes and sales orders

-     Monitor the sales process from start to finish   

 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for service and sales and a strong work ethic. You must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
