We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team on yard in Hewletts Rd, Mt Maunganui, Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty in a month time.
Do you have previous experience in car sales? or are you currently working as car sales manager and wanting to go on to next level? Are you self-motivated, driven and proactive? If yes then we would like to hear from you.
Flexibility with working hours is a must, since you'll be also required to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Ideally you will have:
An outgoing personality with an ability to quickly establish good customer relationships
Exceptional communication skills
Previous experience in car sales is must for this position.
Clean NZ Full driver's licence and Police Record is essential
Genuine interest and knowledge in cars
High initiative and commitment to work
Positive working attitude
Our ideal person for this role will have the following:
Self Managed and have experience running a sales team, with good organisational Skills.
Previous extensive Car Sale Experience and local market knowledge.
Able to Build a Sales Team & Achieve Sales Targets & set KPI's.
Must be Knowledgeable for FNI and provide comprehensive solutions for Customers Finance and insurance Needs.
Availability to work weekends
Excellent presentation and people skills
