Our client is a leading packaging supplier across Australia and New Zealand. They are part of a large multi-national ownership, with strong links and networks into China. Their packaging is one of the most sustainable and recycled packaging mediums available today and their products play a key role in differentiating the customer's products and bringing value and quality to the consumer.


We are seeking a Customer Services Sales Analyst to support the Sales team with information and analysis for product and customer profitability. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this role will be responsible for providing advice to customers and assisting with costing and pricing modelling.

Please note * a small amount of travel to Australia and within NZ will be involved *


The successful candidate will have the following skills & attributes:

·2- 3 years Sales or Customer service experience in an FMCG manufacturing organisation
·Knowledge of costing methods and pricing model
·A financial background / financial understanding is desirable - e.g. invoicing, reconciliation etc...
·High level of MS Excel skills, and expertise in product pricing databases
·A proven ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all organisational levels as well as cross-functionally
·Outstanding stakeholder engagement skill
·Ability to conduct external customer meetings
·A passion for problem solving and identifying improvements
·A team player with a mature and calm approach
