We are looking for a New Connections Account Manager to promote and sell Nova Energy’s multi fuel product offering and achieve customer growth targets in line with growth strategies, with a focus on New Connections initiatives.   
  
About the Role:

• Handle new connections for Nova customers and put customer agreements in place.
• Identification and acquisition of new customers and/or markets for the profitable sale of products for Nova Energy with a focus on new connections sales.
• In conjunction with the New Connections Manager, develop and maintain relationships with New Connections Agents (Developers, contractors, gas fitters, electrical new connections agents etc).
• Achievement of sales volume growth targets and production of weekly and monthly reports on time and to an acceptable standard.
• Communication of energy utilisation and efficiency information.
• Participation in the provision of value added services in conjunction with Nova Energy.
• Build and develop relationships with key customers.
• Understand and respond to technical issues relating to client contract performance.

  
About You:

• Proven experience as successful sales professional and background in retail customer management.
• Must be able to function efficiently in a technical environment.
• Working knowledge of the energy industry, billing and credit control activities and the implication of standard terms and conditions for the supply of energy related services.
• High level of computer literacy including competency operating the Microsoft suite of programme packages including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Computer data entry accuracy and skill is essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Passion for superior customer service.
• Positive, resilient and able to work in a team environment.
