Sales Support - Wellsford

The company: A dynamic, progressive manufacturing business who design and build high quality, modern office furniture is needing additional support in their office to assist with the high volume of sales they have! Come join them in Wellsford to work in their modern and comfortable offices with a fantastic view, where parking is never a problem!
  
The role: As the Sales Support person, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to both Customers and the Sales Team, by entering orders, creating quotes and following up on customers to close the deal. You will be energetic, helpful and keen to make a positive impression on every customer you deal with. You will have an eye for detail and strive to do things right the first time.

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Experience in phone and email-based sales an advantage
• Engaging manner with ability to build rapport
• High level of accuracy
• Able to learn technical product knowledge
• Confidence over the phone and professional emails
• Be determined and hungry to succeed in a sales environment
