The Opportunity
A challenging and rewarding opportunity has become available for a dedicated, driven and energetic sales orientated person in the Waikato as a Customer Support Sales Representative (CSSR). This position plays an integral part of the success of the Branch and will report to the Regional Manager Southern North Island.
 
The Role
CSSR's are responsible for proactively generating Komatsu after-market products & services sales within the region. The salesperson is to sell all after-market parts, products and services, within the Waikato/BoP region to clients and customers who own earthmoving equipment within the construction, infrastructure, agricultural and forestry industry. A key component of this role is to liaise with other parts of the business in the region to ensure efficient and effective client service. The challenge is to increase sales of after-market products and services throughout the region and prospect for new business while providing an excellent customer experience.
 
To be considered for this position you must have; ?

• Experience as a Customer Support Representative (CSR), Parts Interpreter or comparable position ?
• Prior experience in the earth moving industry with a strong mechanical aptitude ?
• Drive and persistence (A sales hunter) and demonstrate resilience through the sales process ?
• An ability to apply both professional and technical skills effectively ?
•  Strong customer service skills and demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities ?
• A clear understanding of territory planning, time management and client management. ?
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?
• A proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties ?
• Efficiently work within the Microsoft Suite of software and confident with data mining ?
• A Current driver's license
