The role

We are looking for a vibrant business development professional to join us to grow and manage our existing relationships, as well as generating new business. Ideally you will have 3+ years experience working for a consulting organisation with some sales experience. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, ambitious professional who is looking for their next big opportunity. 

Responsibilities

You will work with our clients to understand their requirements, develop and deliver winning proposals, and resource projects to meet the agreed objectives and deliverables. 

You will provide on-going support to consultants through the duration of the project to ensure success for the client.

You will be a networking enthusiast who thrives on making new connections and uncovering opportunities in the market.

Competencies and experience

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:  

  • 3 years+ experience in a consulting role with a passion for business development.
  • Able to establish and grow trusted client relationships.
  • Effectively articulate and sell Sysdoc’s service offerings.
  • Commitment to impressing the client in all aspects of the service delivery.
  • Lead networking and prospecting in chosen markets.
  • Results oriented, passionately excited at the prospect of growing a commercially viable pipeline of business.
  • Be an ambassador for Sysdoc, representing the brand and the core proposition.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator.
