North Shore Flooring Xtra is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a top sales person to join the team at the Wairau Park showroom.
If you have a strong customer service focus, a successful track record in sales and a good background in customer relationship management, then this exciting opening could be for you!
Main responsibilities (but not limited to)
Consulting, measuring and quoting customers in their homes using our great IT system
Costing and closing sales
Post installation follow-up and customer care
Meeting or exceeding performance sales targets
This position will suit a person who loves closing sales, gets a serious kick out of selling and finding solutions for our great customers. You will be smart, savvy, personable and approachable able to adapt to customers with all different personalities.
This position is for a highly skilled sales person wanting to join a great team and get rewarded very well for exceeding targets. We offer a very good salary (varies depending on the quality and experience of the successful applicant) with uncapped commissions, use of a company vehicle, phone etc.
Experience in the flooring / building / construction industry would be great. But full training will be given to the successful applicant.
A good level of computer literacy is essential.
A full NZ driving licence is a must.
