What your responsibilities will be:
Being a reliable and efficient point of contact for the client especially within the first few months as they use the product
Manage existing customers within your territory through strong communication, contact, quoting and follow up
Build your portfolio of clients through calls, walk-ins and up selling existing clientele
Produce quotes based off templates relating to prices etc
Small amount of installation and stock lists
Follow SOP’s
