  • $90k Base + Commission + Company Car
  • Excellent training and development
  • Manukau location
Reporting to the National Manager, this role will see you engaging key customers within the industry and discussing and closing on the services they offer. 
They have 6 branches Nationwide with whom you will work closely with and assist in growing their service agreements across the country.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Cold calling, canvassing, networking and lead generation
  • Implementing the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain a high-profile presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives
 
To succeed in this role, you must:
 
  • Have expereince within the trucking or transport industry
  • Be a 'hunter' with a proven track record of new business acquisition
  • Have a minimum of 5 + years' experience within a client facing sales role
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to motivate and communicate to a wide audience
