The Pitch.

Right now, we need a Key Account Manager to join the team and do just that!

 

The Role.

 

Reporting to the National Customer Manager, this role is all about the customer/category and analytics; you will be an integral member of our sales team. Due to your experience you will be able to provide informative analysis and recommendations to both our business and the customer enabling both parties to reach their business goals. The key for us is your abilities to lead our strategic business plan and to proactively suggest revenue increasing strategies with a focus on improvement opportunities. You will then need to ensure that the field sales reps and managers are aligned with your vision and have the tools that they need for success.

 

What do I need?

 

Relationship and influencing skills and the sales and right experience to back up your recommendations. You will have first rate business planning and category management skills and excellent negotiation and selling as you will need to successfully secure and execute promotional plans, negotiate supplier contracts, and conduct regular business reviews with your customer. You will need to have spades of commercial acumen and a strong head for numbers and financial planning. Finally, you'll need to be willing to get stuck in to the detail while maintaining your focus on the big picture objectives.
