The Role

Vodafone Field Sales Manager is a wonderful lifestyle role that combines a superb pay structure with a high degree of flexibility. You can take off on a Friday to go to fishing, or tramping, or visit the museum... or choose to work extra hours to boost your income and get ahead fast. That flexibility is so valuable!

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this entry-level sales management role includes: travelling to local customer locations, presenting exclusive best-price offers for next generation broadband, delivering a VIP customer experience beyond the competition, contributing to team sales training and developing our sales strategies.

There are plenty of opportunities for advancement for those with team leadership capabilities.

The role can also work well for energetic, semi-retired business professionals, as long as you can commit to our baseline 20 hours work per week.

The Pay

OTE $1800+ per week from just 20 hours selling in the field = $90.00 per hour!

Expect to earn between $1000 to $3000+ per week, based on your sales ability, energy and focus.

We Are Looking For People Who

• Are honest, self-motivated, highly focused, resilient and reliable
• Can self-manage your time and work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 2pm-8pm on weekdays, with weekend hours to suit
• Enjoy meeting people and have great communication skills
• Have a computer and smartphone with daily access to the Internet
• Have a tidy vehicle and a full drivers licence                   

A background in sales or sales management is certainly an advantage, as are qualifications in Business/Marketing/IT/ICT or related courses.
