The vacancy

We're looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our sales team. Based out of our Wiri (Auckland) office, this role is full time and permanent.

The position is responsible for maintaining and creating rewarding business to business (B2B) relationships, selling an extensive range of Agricultural raw materials and chemicals to the farming and animal feed sector across the North Island of New Zealand. A significant focus of this position is partnering with key accounts on maintaining and growing partnerships, ensuring high quality customer service and expertise.

The ideal candidate would possess extensive sales and account management experience, with a background in the Agricultural chemicals industry, including those working for similar distributors, or those with an understanding of the raw materials used by farms and feed mills in New Zealand.

This position is essentially an office based inside sales position, however there would be a requirement to travel locally and around the North Island on occasion.


About you

People describe you as charismatic and friendly. Your exceptional communication abilities, coupled with an initiative to follow up and deliver have earnt you a fantastic reputation with your clients. You have an impeccable ability to negotiate and secure sales.

You're fluent in conversing and working with business that specialise in NZ Primary Industries - Dairy, cropping, horticulture, and animal feed and nutrition.

Being organised, you'll have no trouble moving from your client calls and meetings, to inputting comprehensive notes and purchase orders in our in-house CRM system.


To be a success with Redox, you will need:

  • Demonstrated business to business sales experience in the Agricultural industry, or chemical/commodities distribution industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets;
  • New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence status;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and organisational skills;
  • Resilience, motivation and initiative - winning needs to be in your DNA!;
  • The desire to record, share and account for your work by thorough use of a CRM.
