Account Director Job in Auckland CBD. Accountable for relationship management across a varied client portfolio

Your new company

Based in Auckland's city fringe, this passionate group of marketing professionals help iconic New Zealand companies serve their customers better using data. They have direct marketing, loyalty and insights capabilities and work with clients in the FMCG, retail and financial services industries

Your new role

Your main purpose will be to proactively manage the relationships and revenue development across a portfolio of important clients. Working with the business director you'll be adding value to your clients by maximising the revenue generated from their involvement with the loyalty scheme. You'll also be responsible for managing and leading the virtual team dedicated to each client.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive Account Management experience with a range of clients (focus on FMCG, retail and finance)
• Ideally, a good working knowledge of loyalty programs
• Evidence of involvement with the implementation of marketing / business strategies
• Experienced in dealing with Senior Management contacts
• Ability to develop and present proposals
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills - a strong team player!
