Our Opportunity

The National Account Managers are responsible for the management and operational direction of National Accounts Customers for the Goodman Fielder NZ business. The role is an integral member of the Route Foodservice (RFS) team with account management responsibilities within a high performing Account Management team.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

Development and implementation of Channel Strategies aligned with RFS Channel strategy including:

  • Performance metrics against budget
  • Short term tactical levers to influence sales volume and profitability
  • Development and implementation of Channel Account Plans
  • Deliver profitable new business volume in line with annual target and market expectations
  • Manage trade spend and accrual management

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous industry knowledge within distributors/wholesalers
  • Account management experience
  • Commercial acumen
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills
  • The ability to think strategically
