The Company:

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director of DKSH New Zealand, you will be responsible for growing market share, driving and implementing the sales strategy, activity and performance of National Field Sales and Merchandising team.

Most of your time will be focused in the field, leading and coaching your sales team, driving results, engaging in customer business reviews at Store Owner level and enhancing relationships to broaden opportunities; that will ultimately deliver the desired commercial objectives. You will also work closely with the Brand Owner and Key Account Managers around sales plans and how best to maximise growth opportunities.

Regular overnight travel will be required.

Skills And Expertise Required:
This is a newly reorganised role. It would be an awesome step up for an experienced Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or someone searching for their next challenge.  Alongside solid business acumen, good presentation skills, demonstrated success leading, inspiring and coaching sales people, we also require FMCG industry experience.

To complete the picture, you need to be confident, have top notch interpersonal skills and be passionate about achieving results.
