Pacific Helmets design and manufacture safety helmet products to the exact specifications of our customers while meeting stringent international standards. Our products are made right here in Whanganui and are recognized by customers the world over for their quality, ingenuity and outstanding safety features.
We require a client-focused Sales / Customer Relationship Officer to be our primary liaison for customers and distributors in selected international markets. Your background in a similar role will have given you strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop & maintain effective business relationships with key clients.
You'll also perform a pivotal role in our Sales team by preparing tender documents while also working with our Technical Sales and Marketing manager to help uncover new sales opportunities. Keeping tabs on market trends, you'll also provide reports for management to ensure our company stays ahead of the game.
Other duties will include assistance in ordering, logistics, and costings as required.
