We are looking for a sales superstar to join the team at Richmond Glass.  While we specialise in all things glazing, you don’t need to!  In fact, the broader your sales knowledge the better.  What you do need to have is proven capability to build client relationships, drive sales and the flexibility and adaptability to transfer these skills to a new industry.

To be successful in this role you will be practically minded, be able to read and interpret technical guides and standards and apply that knowledge to customise a solution for our valued clients.  Your accuracy and attention to detail will be second to none.

Of course, you’ll want to know what kind of place you’ll be working in!  Richmond Glass is a family owned business providing glazing, retrofit double glazing and specialist glazing solutions to the region.  We are the local HomePlus franchise, so we sell and install showers, security screens, insect screens, balustrades, awnings, blinds, wardrobes and a wide range of other products.  We are also the local Smith & Smith Authorised Dealer which sees us keeping the regions cars, trucks, boats and caravans on the road.

You will become an integral part of the sales team and wider business success.  You’ll be working with a team of skilled and competent glaziers and installers and be supported by our wonderful administration team.  You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary package, and have the use of a company vehicle, phone and laptop.
