We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of Auckland’s leading Corporate Cleaning Service Teams.

The purpose of this role is to target business in the commercial space. The successful candidate will be able to follow leads and close business in a timely, efficient manner. This role is for a dedicated, motivated and energetic sales ‘hunter’, who is resilient and experienced in the service industry.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with sales support team, attending appointments scheduled by Sales Support, follow up and use their leads.
- Cold and warm calling potential customers and new business
- Strategize and implement pipeline in order to successfully meet individual and team targets
- Site surveys, measurements and scoping special requirements
- Use a company specific CRM system to document and track sales
- Account management – follow up regularly with Operations Manager and customers
- Travel freely around the Auckland region identifying and attaining new business
The successful candidate will have:
- Service/cleaning industry sales experience
- Proven sales experience and high sales performance in B2C sales
- Flexibility to travel around the Auckland region
- Motivation and dedication to increasing business and
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand for the next 5 years +
- Fluency and high command of written, oral and aural English
