The Role
Reporting to the Brand Manager based in Wellington, this role offers full autonomy where you will be able to build solid customer relationships and develop pipelines. You will be working to achievable targets and grow the business from the ground up. You will soon grow this budding boutique web studio to a team of 5 to assist your clients in designing responsive websites to their budget and briefs.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within the market for new business, grow and develop a database
- Consult and build client relationships with small to medium business in creating website briefs based on budget
- Support each client in recognising ideal target audience, and desired business goals and outcomes expected from the website
- Collate and develop in depth client briefs for the web design team, along with content writers
- Website analytics, report and update all operating websites on SEO, AdWords, and Google Analytics
- Achieve and exceeded set targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience
- Previous website or digital marketing knowledge desired but not essential
- Have a keen interest in web design or be social media savvy
- Engage and develop strong relationships with clients, be customer focused and go above and beyond expectations
- Clear communicator, able to give clear briefs and direction to your inhouse design team
- Able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and driven to succeed, target driven or able to work to KPIs

- $50,000 - $60,000 base salary
