We have a great opportunity for you to work in a contact centre where you can think creatively, understand and exceed client expectations through your excellent Customer Service.


The role

  • Answer inbound customer calls: If you want to really make a difference and help both new and existing customers determine their home, car and contents insurance needs then this is the role for you.
  • Identify opportunity: By taking a genuine interest in the insurance needs of each customer you will be able to consistently identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell, adding value to every customer interaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service: The fundamental purpose of your role is to eliminate stress and provide certainty for them during the phone call. 


The hours

  • You will need to be available to work rotating rosters Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm; Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm
  • You will be required to work one Saturday per month and the Sunday – Thursday roster approximately twice per year

To stand out from the rest, you will have

  • Customer service or contact centre experience
  • Tertiary qualification (not essential)
  • Strong tenure in your resume – more than 12 months in each of your most recent roles
  • Clear criminal record and credit history
  • A passion for interacting and learning about people
  • A drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction, achieving targets and goals
  • Effective communication, questioning and listening skills
  • A great work ethic and a positive attitude


Training and Career Development

  • This company really wants to set you up for success so your first 5 weeks will consist of training during standard business hours. For 2 -4 weeks after this you will buddy with an experienced staff member for further support and training.
  • Ongoing learning and development is offered to give employees the opportunity to truly broaden their experience within the company – gain work experience in other teams, receive one-on-one coaching and feedback, in-house training session.
